Panel de DDHH, Memoria y Justicia junto a las luchas contras las violencias hacia las mujeres, LGBT y niñxs

Junto con otros talleres que se desarrollaron en el FORO “EL DERECHO A LA PATRIA” organizado por Patria de Iguales, desarrollamos este taller donde fueron parte docentes, periodistas, dirigentes sociales, de DDHH, estudiantes y trabajadorxs.
El taller arrancó con una introducción donde se explicaron los objetivos de Patria de Iguales y el sentido del Foro. Se abordó la coyuntura política, el triunfo de Milei y la nueva situación que se abrió en nuestro país donde la ultraderecha encabeza las políticas que grafican un “Pacto neo colonial” contra el pueblo que se lleva puesto los valores democráticos que tanta sangre costó a nuestro pueblo.
Se afirmó que buscan efectuar los cambios necesarios en la superestructura política que acompañe el modelo económico y para ello deben barrer con conquistas históricas y de los últimos tiempos. Para ello deben poner en marcha la represión como eslabón fundamental para hacer pasar el ajuste brutal que ejercen aún atentando contra la democracia donde el intento de magnicidio a la ex presidenta Cristina Kirchner es la muestra más contundente de los últimos años.
Para ello deben barrer con las conquistas de los feminismos y cercenar y destruir la memoria histórica de nuestro pueblo.
Se afirmó que desde Patria de Iguales confiamos siempre en nuestro pueblo, a la vez que buscamos aportar al necesario debate en el campo popular que, de instrumentos y programas, que sea crítico y ponga en cuestión todo para construir el “Pacto del Pueblo” que empuje la lucha y logre la unidad necesaria para derrotar a los sectores reaccionarios en el poder.
El debate fue muy rico, donde se abordaron diferentes aspectos de las políticas del gobierno, y sus consecuencias en los sectores populares y la estructura del país. las diferentes intervenciones aportaron las particularidades en relación a la educación, la situación dramática que atraviesa la juventud a la que se la empuja a un rol pasivo, de desesperanza, donde se la engaña y se le coartan derechos, pero, como se afirmó, esa no es su naturaleza, porque la rebeldía siempre va atada a las nuevas generaciones, lo que implica nuevos desafíos para escucharlos, comprenderlos y acompañarlos, sin paternalismos, a transitar la transformación de esta dura realidad.
La horizontalidad del taller ayudó a que se abordaran de manera circular los desafíos del presente que están estrechamente vinculados a una historia de logros que se buscan borrar de la memoria colectiva. Se habló de las conquistas del peronismo desde su irrupción en la sociedad argentina, sus cambios, pero sobre todo los ataques que sufrió en las décadas posteriores, llegando hasta el golpe y la dictadura mas sangrienta que se recuerde instaurada en 1976, que produjo un cambio en la matriz económica que se sostiene hasta la actualidad.
Se habló de la importancia de los territorios para la construcción de poder popular, pero sobre todo para desatar la lucha contra la miseria y el hambre, allí donde el pueblo transcurre su vida cotidiana. Se alertó de aquellos que hablan de los territorios, pero no bajan o solo lo hacen para pedir el voto o alguna otra cosa.
Se graficó la realidad de las comunidades indígenas que habitan el país que son perseguidas y despojadas de sus tierras y culturas como parte de una política de dominio terrateniente y monopólico que los invisibiliza y destruye. Allí se ubican la eliminación de políticas que expresaban conquistas de años de luchas y que ahora son desmanteladas por el actual gobierno que tiene a Patricia Bullrich como ministra, quien fuera aquella que introdujo desde Juntos x el Cambio a las comunidades originarias como la principal hipótesis de conflicto en el país.
Se habló del papel de los medios de comunicación y las redes en cuanto a tergiversar la realidad y la historia, así como instalar valores que van en contra de las mayorías populares y que son responsables de la llegada de la ultraderecha al poder.
Quizás la parte más destacada del taller estuvo en los relatos de aquellas situaciones donde la realidad del hambre y la pobreza golpea a las niñeces de manera particular, coartando un derecho esencial de una sociedad.
De igual manera, que el golpe sufrido por las disidencias dejadas a la merced del ajuste brutal, pero donde en particular se ensañaron como se grafica en los cierres de programas y cupos, hasta el propio Ministerio de la Mujer Genero y Diversidades donde perdieron su primer y único trabajo reconocido.
El marco general impuso grandes desafíos donde lxs presentes tomamos el compromiso de seguir aportando a enriquecer en contenidos e iniciativas que nos coloque con fuerzas en el compromiso de la solidaridad y la lucha del campo popular, sin concesiones, pero con mucho afán de unidad para derrotar a este gobierno y transitar un rumbo popular.
