El sábado 24 de octubre se llevó a cabo en la facultad de Cs Ss en Caba, organizado por Patria de Iguales, el Foro por EL Derecho a la Patria. Con panelistas de primerísima línea y un público ávido de intercambiar ideas sobre el país que no se ve, el que muchos ocultan.
Desde el Panel de Soberanía Económica y análisis del proyecto neocolonial, se propuso hablar de Soberanía. Algo q debería ser tan lógico natural y que sin embargo nos vemos obligados a organizar encuentros como estos para defender nada más ni nada menos que lo q es nuestro,!!!
Es nuestro derecho como pueblo a definir nuestras propias políticas. Lo sabemos.
El tema de la soberanía nacional no es un hecho aislado, así, como nos quieren hacer creer, tiene q ver con todo lo q se habló en este panel. Desde nuestra deuda externa, que nunca se investigó, y cuya suma aumenta cada vez más con políticas de ajuste que solo benefician a empresarios que acumulan cada vez más ganancias , planteado y desarrollado por el economista Horacio Rovelli, y la exposición de Rodolfo Treber, que mostró claramente la necesidad de un cambio en la matriz productiva, dando como ejemplo entre otras cosas, poner en marcha nuestros astilleros para recuperar nuestra flota mercante y evitar que se apropien de nuestros puertos y ríos. Conceptos que fueron fortalecidos por el periodista y editor de economía de Pagina 12 Raúl Dellatorre al hablar de Soberanía Alimentaria dando datos numéricos, sociales y políticos sobre las consecuencias en nuestra sociedad de consumir alimentos que no provienen de la producción de cercanía territorial. El Director del Ministerio de desarrollo Agrario de la Pcia de Bs As, Mariano Pinedo, fue quien se encargó de dar un marco político a estás exposiciones al aseverar que para llevar adelante políticas soberanas es necesario entrar en una disputa de poder con aquellos que en forma sistemática quieren apoderarse de nuestras riquezas . Ahí la tibieza no funciona, afirmó categórico el exdiputado de la provincia de Buenos Aires. El corolario de este interesante panel estuvo a cargo del Ex Vice Pte. de La Nación Argentina Amado Boudou. Durante toda la charla hubo un hilo conductor al hablar de Soberanía: Al aplicar políticas soberanas el enfrentamiento con los poderes económicos resulta inevitable y tiene consecuencias. Si bien no fue auto-referencial en su manifestación, fue muy claro en determinar, coincidiendo con Pinedo, las dificultades de administrar esa lucha de poderes. Fue inevitable, para todos los presentes, recordar la persecución política y judicial de la q fue objeto, cuando en su gestión, hizo posible el pase a la órbita del estado la administración de los fondos jubilatorios, q implicó un ahorro de más de seis millones de dólares, monto q dejo de percibir el sector privado en materia de comisiones sobre los aportes previsionales de nuestro pueblo.
Un capítulo aparte merece la atención el debate sobre cómo sostener un modelo Nacional y Popular.
